- 1 whole rotisserie style chicken
- Celery (1-2 stalks)
- Green Onion (1-2 stalks)
- Red Pepper (1/2 of whole pepper)
- Pecans or Walnuts chopped (1/2-1 cup)
- Craisins (1/4-1/2 cup)
- Seasoned Salt (1 tsp.)
- Paprika (1 tsp.)
- Mayo (1 cup)
- Pepper to taste
